Ashland Community Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit community owned organization that owns and operates Ashland Community Hospital.  Ashland Community Hospital includes a 49 bed inpatient facility with a 40,000 square foot Diagnostic and Surgery Center providing comprehensive diagnostic imaging, laboratory, and respiratory testing and surgery and procedures. Outpatient services include: The Center for Internal Medicine; Home Health and Hospice Services; Memory Care Center; Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation and Aquatic Physical Therapy; School Nurse Programs; and The Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine.

Founded in 1907, Ashland Community Hospital is proud to have provided healthcare to the people of Southern Oregon for over 100 years. In 2007, Ashland Community Hospital began implementing the Planetree philosophy of care focusing on providing patient-centered care in a healing environment.
